A 21-year-old man who was !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! while attempting to steal a car said he was following the orders of "an organized crime gang." He apparently didn't make it very far, running into a parked car after releasing the handbrake. His blood-alcohol content was found to be three times the legal limit.
